Cloudious9 warehouses operate from Monday through Friday 10AM-6PM excluding postal holidays. Orders will be shipped same day for all orders placed 1PM PST.  All orders placed after 1PM PST will be shipped next Business Day.

Cloudious9 offers FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $249.99 within United States.
Free Shipping within United States will be shipped via UPS Ground or DHL Ecommerce.
Cloudious9 reserve the right to select shipping provider and suitable service level at its discretion for Free Shipping.  In the event we ship a package to California, sales tax will be automatically included in your order total.

Upgraded shipping methods and services are available during checkout.

UPS 3 Day Select — 3 Business Days

UPS  2Day Air— 2 Business Days

UPS Next Day Air — Next Business Day by 3pm (to most non-rural areas)

UPS EARLY Next Day Air— Next Business Day by 10:30am (to most non-rural areas)

USPS transit times are estimated and cannot be guaranteed.
USPS First Class Mail — 2 to 6 Business Days
USPS Priority Mail — 1 to 3 Business Days
USPS Express Mail — 1 to 2 Business Days
Saturday Delivery are available for All USPS services and only available for UPS Next Day Air
Insurance is optional and maybe added at customer’s discretion.

**Note that if your tracking information states “Not Found,” please allow until 7:00pm PST for it to update on the tracking website (USPS, FedEx, or UPS). Tracking information will update on the website once the package is picked up by the courier.

All Domestic Orders will come with order confirmation.  UPS does not deliver on Saturday.  In order to receive your order by Saturday, the latest time to order is on FRIDAY before 1PM, and choose UPS NEXT DAY AIR with Saturday Delivery Option (1:00pm for orders shipping to Canada). Please be aware that UPS 2Day Air Shipping does not deliver on Saturday.

UPS cannot deliver to a P.O. Box.  For PO Box address, please order via USPS.

A signature is required for orders $300 and greater. An adult signature requirement is available upon request.


International Shipping Detail

We provide shipping options through DHL Global IPA service or USPS for all international customers. 

DHL IPA only tracks the package up to the point of destination country’s port.  Final delivery confirmation is not available. 

International customers are responsible for Customs and Duty Fees. Cloudious9 is not responsible for these fees and will not pay Duty charges. These charges are at the discretion of your country and are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Import fees and taxes such as VAT are not included in your order total. You may check with your country's Customs Office to determine what these additional costs will be, prior to making your purchase.

All prices and transactions are in USD. You may be assessed currency conversion or other fees associated with this transaction by your bank or credit card issuer if your card’s currency is other than USD.

DHL Global mail IPA Service

DHL eCommerce’s offer average transit range by region, however are not guaranteed since transit is subject to delivery network of end destination country’s postal network.

Europe is 4 to 8 on average transit range based on business days.
Canada is 3 to 10 on average transit range based on business days.
Rest of the World is 4 to 12 on average transit range based on business days
Insurance may be purchased at buyer’s discretion
*We are unable to ship international IPA services to Germany, Italy, China, and Laos

International transit time is estimated and may incur delays due to the destination’s customs processing.

Priority Mail International - 6 - 10 business days to many major markets
Express Mail International - 3 - 5 business days to many major markets
Insurance may be purchased at buyer’s discretion

Lost & Stolen Packages

Lost and stolen packages rarely occurs, but it does happen from time to time.  In the event of a package loss, Cloudious9 will work with the customer to help resolve the situation.  If an insurance was purchased, we will assist in the claim process.  However, it is customer’s responsibility to purchase an insurance to ensure their packages are protected.  Cloudious9 will not be responsible for any loss or stolen packages.
