Trouble Turning on The Atomic9

To active the Atomic9, please press the operation button 3 times very quickly. If the operation button is not pressed in a quick enough cadence, the device will not activate. If you hold down the operation button for 2 seconds, the unit will light up to indicate the battery level.

If the customer can not turn on the device, but can check the battery level, this means the customer is not pressing the operation button fast enough.

Turning on the Hydrology9

To turn on the Hydrology9 please press the operation button 3 times. The unit will then blink red or green. Then press the operation button 1 more time (4 times total). This will enter heating mode.

Water Leaking

If water leaks, it's usually a very easy fix. Either we can send the user an extra seal set or we can show them how to reassemble the device to make sure all the seals are in the correct place.
